Terms of Service
These 6 terms govern offers and purchases made through this website or by phone. They are written in plain English on purpose.
1. Offers Are Estimates Until Verified
Online and phone offers are based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed at pickup. If the vehicle matches your description, the offer is honored in full. If it materially differs, for example a missing catalytic converter that was reported as present, we will state a revised offer before anything is signed, and you are free to decline.
2. You Must Have the Right to Sell
You confirm you own the vehicle or are legally authorized to sell it, and that the information you provide is accurate. Title transfer follows Wisconsin Department of Transportation requirements.
3. Towing Is Free
Towing is included at no charge on every completed purchase inside our service area. If you cancel after the truck arrives, there is still no fee. We ask only that you cancel with a phone call as early as you can.
4. Payment at Pickup
Payment is delivered in full at pickup by cash or instant electronic transfer before the vehicle is removed. We never mail checks for standard purchases.
5. Text Messages
SMS updates require your separate consent on the offer form and are governed by our Privacy Policy. Consent is never a condition of sale.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Wisconsin consumer law.
